Terms of Use for Editable Graphics and Clipart Sets

All graphics come with the Standard License that includes using them for all personal use and/or One Commercial Project, which you design for yourself or your client. Items purchased under the Standard License may be used to create End Products for Sale where lifetime sales of the End Product for Sale do not exceed 500 units. Should you wish to sell more than 500 units, the purchase of an Extended License is required.

Note for Editable Graphics and Clipart Sets:

Whether following the guidelines of a Standard or Extended License, an End Product must take time, effort and skill to create and differ from the original graphics or set alone.

Redistribution to third parties or sale of any editable versions of the source file is prohibited. Ink and Eye retains all rights to Graphics purchased.

You may not make new clip art or digital papers for sale using purchased artworks- or to sell the graphics as a product "as is" or as clipart/graphics or sets.

Extended License for Editable Graphics and Clipart Sets

The purchase of an Extended License grants you the ability to use (1) clipart or graphics set already purchased according to the Extended License Guidelines (See Item listing and TOU doc included in your purchase folder).

Extended License is for One Clip Art Set (one set per license). The Extended License gives you the right to use a clip art set purchased, however, please carefully read the restrictions in the Extended License Guidelines and contact me with any questions.
