NOTE: The purchase of an Extended License is only required if you or your client intends to use the separately purchased clipart for a Commercial Project where the End Product for Sale will exceed 500 sales. All graphics in my shop come with a commercial license for (1) project that is not intended for more than 500 sales.

No Graphics are included with this listing purchase. This will provide a single extended license for any (1) clipart set. Additionally purchased clipart sets that require an Extended License will need to have their own Extended License purchased.

All Graphics come with a Standard License which include a single use commercial license where the end product does not exceed 500 sales. Please read the following TERMS OF USE carefully before purchasing this Extended license as I cannot offer a refund due to its nature. If you have any questions about the need to purchase an Extended License, please contact me!

The document included in this purchase is to be considered the proof of a Commercial Extended License purchase for One (1) clipart set for any single project.

TERMS OF USE:

For personal projects, unlimited use is allowed.

All graphics come with the Standard License that includes using them for One Commercial Project, which you design to sell or for your client, or for your client to sell. Items purchased under the Standard License may be used to create an End Products for Sale where lifetime sales of the End Product for Sale do not exceed 500 units. Should you wish to sell more than 500 units, the purchase of an Extended License is required. Even if you do not use all items in a graphics pack or clipart set but still use a portion on an End Product that exceeds 500 sales, you will still need to purchase an Extended License.

Whether following the guidelines of a Standard or Extended License, an End Product must take time, effort and skill to create and differ from the original graphics or set.

Redistribution to third parties or sale of any editable versions of the source file is fiercely prohibited.

***Ink and Eye and its owner retains all rights to Graphics purchased. You may not make new clip art or digital papers for sale using purchased artworks- or to sell the graphics as a product "as is" or as clipart/graphics or sets. Trademarking or Copyrighting the clipart or graphics, in any way, is prohibited. If you use a graphic to make a logo, you may not Trademark that logo for you or a client. Ink and Eye and its owner retains the rights to the graphics and third parties are allowed to purchase and use the artwork for logos or branding as well. ***

EXTENDED LICENSE DETAILS:

The purchase of an Extended License grants you the ability to use (1) clipart/graphics set already purchased according to the Extended License Guidelines (See Item listing and TOU doc included in your purchase folder). The Extended License is only necessary if you or your client intends to sell more than 500 units of the End Product.

Restrictions to the Standard License applies the same as an Extended License. Redistribution or sale of Editable Designs and Source files is Prohibited. Ink and Eye and its owner retains all rights to Graphics purchased. You may not make new clip art or digital papers for sale using purchased artworks- or to sell the graphics as a product "as is" or as clipart/graphics or sets.
